Knives and Jobs

I got my knives on Friday!
I also learned how to tie my necktie, got it right on the first try. I was very pleased to see that it wasn'T as complicated as everyone made it out to be.

I tried out my knives last night, cut up some potatoes. It is a 9 piece knife set, and just the chef's knife alone is worth $125. It is a Wüsthof knife set, good ol' strong German steel.

Today I went dropping off more resumes with a friend of mine, Scott. I found a place who is hiring a line cook, which would like rather nice on my resume. I gave them a copy of my current resume and I am to call them back when the owner is in the building.

We walked for quite a bit, as the weather is really nice today. Charlottetown has a lot of really nice areas.
